After more than a decade of premium winemaking in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, the Missick family set out for a new adventure in crafting authentic Texas wines.

Chris, a U.S. Army Veteran, and Laure, a native of France, decided one of the best places in the world to raise their young family, build a new business, and nourish their mind, body and spirit, was the heart of Texas Hill Country.  As they expand their homestead and build on their reputation for highly rated traditional method sparkling wines, they are working hard to produce exceptional white, rose and red wines from fruit grown in Texas.  They are honored to work with some of the best fruit Texas winegrowers produce, and look forward to sharing their time with you in their tasting room.

Our tasting room is located at 941 N. School Street, Boerne, TX 78006.  Our opening has been delayed as we are working to comply with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality with regard to the use of our well.  We continue work on crafting delicious Texas wines, as well as preparing for our opening.
